Compute & chassis deployment: Installed 6× 7U DiGiCOR enclosure chassis hosting 60 nodes—each with 4× high-core CPUs, high-capacity memory, SSDs for high I/O, and 10G switches with 10G uplinks.

High-density SuperBlade rollout: Used SuperBlade to aggregate power/cooling/networking at the chassis rear; packed up to 10 TwinBlade (20 nodes) per 7U, delivering >50% density savings (vs twenty 1U servers/20U) and enabling up to 120 nodes + 24 switches per 42U rack.

Efficiency & future-proofing: Standardised on a common, interchangeable blade architecture with CPU-upgradable modules; consolidated PSUs/fans per chassis to lower per-server power and simplify maintenance.
