Job Details

The role's main responsibility is to provide sales and administrative assistance to the sales team and help prospects to clarify their needs and requirements. ASR is involved in the process of understanding the customers’ requirements, raising quotes and sales orders and following through the customer’s journey at DiGiCOR.


Key duties and responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotes, quote amendments, and handling administrative tasks for sales operations. 
  • Communicate with customers through online chat support services while creating and maintaining, delivering a positive experience for customers, and assisting the sales team in reaching customer accounts.
  • Process customer orders and pricing requests, and prepare statements and reports when required.
  • Coordinate and allocate stock to ensure stock does not exhaust on high turnover products.
  • Maintain a log file of information on all stock deliveries.
  • Assist the team for accurate data entry under CRM, helping the team to devise and understand data reports and relevant sales reports. 
  • Develop and maintain a large and healthy network of external prospects and internal organisational employees. 

Qualifications of Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Recent Graduates from a Business or IT degree, with an interest with our core business and services that we provide at DiGiCOR.
  • Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Able to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Acquire basic IT knowledge in terms of servers/server builds, and have an interest in working in a hardware-focused industry. 
  • Demonstrate computer proficiency and a growing sales focus with equivalent product or
  • service knowledge.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time and quality targets.
  • Ability to pay great attention to details and manage and mitigate crises.
  • Ability to work in a team while exercising substantial personal responsibility and autonomy.
  • Acquisition of basic math skills, computer literacy, reporting, and administrative skills, along with product knowledge, information gathering skills, and CRM skills.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales teams, senior directors, and stakeholders who share common objectives.
